Here they all are, ready for the first day of school. Summer has flown by, but they are ready to get back into it again, sports, friends, homework (okay, maybe not homework!). Brandon is now 16 and in the 10th grade. He is playing football right now on both varsity and jv teams. Brittany is 13 and in the 8th grade. She is playing field hockey. Lucy is 10 and in 5th grade. She is still doing gymnastics. Glen is going to be eight soon and is in the 2nd grade. He plays piano and loves to ride his bike!

Brandon is 16!!
I can't believe my baby is already 16. He plays football, and basketball and loves to watch his favorite teams on TV. He is fans of the Celtics, Red Soxs and New England Patriots. He likes to jet ski, water ski, snowmobile, play video games, and hang with his friends. For his birthday he got some money, a Patriots t shirt, some candy. From Mom and Dad he got a laptop, which he was totally surprised about. Brittany could not believe it!! She has been asking for a laptop for about 2 years now. It was priceless to see her expression as she figured out what Brandon was opening. He has been playing on it most of the afternoon. His Uncle Willie took him to the local coin shop today and purchased the coins that were made in his year of birth including the silver dollar. He was very excited to show me the beginnings of his collection when he got home. He is a very good boy, has a huge heart, and is just about the most helpful teenager you can find. His coaches love him because he is such a hard worker. Yes, I am bragging here and I may be just a little biased. But that is one of the rights of being a Mom!!
